Product updates...

We are still compiling our Worlds recap but before too much time goes by we should let you know about product updates.

At the World Yo-yo Contest we introduced the HSPIN size pad. This size pad will fit most of the newer HSPIN Yo-yoes like the ICON, Beysick, and NVX. We also set the price for our pads to $1/pair. This price will stand as we have discontinued the fancy packaging for now. This way what you get is a great pair of pads at the lowest price we can offer them at. They are great pads and we want to make it easier for you to get some.

Additionally, we now offer our t-shirts at $10. Get them while they last.

We are working on adding a PayPal shopping cart to our site to make it even easier for you to purchase from us.

Internet was scarce at Worlds...

The Rosen charges top dollar for Internet service in the hotel so our daily World Yo-yo Contest blog didn't happen. We apologize to those looking forward to seeing it. We will be compiling all of the photos taken and make one large World's recap post so look for that here.

Finally getting set up and rolling at the World Yoyo Contest...

I will be updating my sight daily as a kind of blog diary of my experience at my first World Yo-yo Contest. I will post both picture and video updates at the end of each day and add my thoughts to how things are going and what not.

Worlds preps...

With Worlds coming so vey close we have some last minute preparations to make...and by preparations we mean products. We have already reported some new stuff as well as a restock of the products we already make. We will update this post as the contest gets closer with all of the products we will have available and their prices. We have not solidified our sales schedule yet. We are going to Worlds to enjoy the contest and compete, not just work the whole time trying to sell product. What a weekend...

So, this weekend the Team was rockin out at the 2010 Asian Festival in Reston, VA where we did a presentation of the History and Evolutiuon of Yo-yo. Unfortunately, we forgot our camera so no pics or video. It was a good experience though. More demos to come...

Looking forward, we are about 11 days til Worlds! Yeah!

We are going to have a few new sizes of pads to include Gummies for all you favorite HSPIN, Yoyofactory, SPYY, and CLYW throws.

Three weeks til Worlds...

With only three weeks til Worlds we are busier than ever.

We will have new pad sizes available, in limited quantities, at the World Yo-yo Contest. These will include sizes for most of your HSPIN and Yoyofactory yo-yoes. We are also restocking the pad sizes we already carry to give you as many options as possible. These pads will be available without packaging for $1/pair.

Duct Tape Wallets! We bring them everywhere we go and Worlds will be no different. We have some new fun colors available. If anyone would like a custom color scheme for their wallet please let us know and we will make it and bring it with us. To help you out with this we will be updating our duct tape wallet section of the products page with available colors.

We are cranking out some pretty sweet mods that will also be available for sale at Worlds.

We will post details on what exactly we have as Worlds gets closer along with how to find us at the contest.

The Royal Order of the Tethered Gyroscope meets tomorrow...

The name is a mouthful but tomorrow is the first meeting of the Royal Order of the Tethered Gyroscope at the Headquarters Library in Downtown Fredericksburg, VA from 3pm-5pm.

Come join the Professor and, hopefully, many others for some good yo-yo times. There will be yo-yo lessons for beginners on up as well as a designated backdrop for shooting video.

We have no idea what to expect since this is our first meeting, but we are very excited to kick this off. The club is yours so if you have any suggestions on how to make it better let us know.
